While we aim to deliver high-quality services and proven systems, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

- Sales revenue
- Conversion rates
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
Results depend on multiple factors such as market conditions, ad budgets, offer quality, sales follow-up, and client responsiveness.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
- Respond in a timely manner to requests for approvals, content, or access
- Follow recommended sales and follow-up processes
- Ensure compliance with platform policies (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, etc.)
Delays or failures caused by lack of cooperation may affect performance, for which we are not liable.
5. Payments & Fees
- All fees are communicated in advance and must be paid as agreed
- Payments once made are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services
- Taxes, platform fees, or ad spends are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise
6. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, strategies, templates, funnels, scripts, creatives, and materials provided by Rocket Sales Digital are our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
- Copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce our materials
- Share proprietary strategies with third parties
- Use our content for purposes outside the agreed scope
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:
- Business information
- Strategies and processes
- Pricing, data, and performance metrics
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, except where required by law.
8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Our Services may rely on third-party platforms such as Facebook (Meta), Google, WhatsApp, CRM tools, hosting providers, or payment gateways.
We are not responsible for:
- Platform outages or policy changes
- Account bans, restrictions, or suspensions
- Technical issues outside our control
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Sales Digital shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages exceeding the fees paid to us in the last 30 days

Upon termination:
- Outstanding payments remain due

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
